The program now automatically loads the last used folder path in any Browse dialog, instead of always using the Home folder. Automatically handle any errors that might appear when using invalid characters in an include category. Allow using Unicode characters in the include category, to index non-Latin terms. Allow importing single ttf font files to the program, to use them in writing the index to a PDF file. Added the Flat interface theme to the Windows/Linux editions of the program.

Added an additional interface theme (The Flat theme) as a second optional theme for the Mac edition. The Mac edition now has a better program interface theme, that is much more Mac friendly.
